- Upon payment of the services you require, we would expect documents to be uploaded within 2 weeks.
- When deadlines are approaching a premium is applied due to the work needed being classed as urgent due to the proximity of the deadline.
- April – October: Basic charges apply
- November – January: Premium charges applyThere may be occasions when the calculator needs to be suspended in order that deadlines can be met.
- We cannot be held responsible for you incorrectly filling out the calculator to get your quote. If the calculator information does not match the type of paperwork uploaded then we will contact you to request a further payment is made for the services you require. Equally, if you incorrectly complete the calculator and are owed money back for the services you require then this shall be refunded to you.
- We cannot be held responsible if you withhold information regarding your tax affairs from us. We can only act on information that you provide to us. You warrant to us that all the information you provide to Tax Figures Is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Your tax return will only be submitted once you have returned the electronically signed version of your tax return. Failure to return the signed tax return before the filing deadline will result in yourself being fined by HMRC and Tax Figures will not be held liable for this.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that any tax payment due to HMRC is paid on time.
- You must not misuse the website by introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other materially which is malicious or technologically harmful. This is a criminal offense under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and any such acts will be reported to the relevant authorities. We will cooperate with the authorities and provide them with your contact details.
- When using Tax Figures you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions. In particular, but without limitation, you agree not to
- Use the website in any unlawful manner or in a manner which promotes or encourages illegal activity including (without limitation) tax fraud
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or any networks, servers or computer systems connected to the website.
- The user may not:
- Sell, resell, rent or lease the service
- Use it in a service provider capacity.
